- My objective is to save you time in discovering insights, truths and techniques that are now upheld in the mainstream and that I have found to be true myself.
- If your original beliefs do not compare with new information or information you have already discounted, be prepared that you may be missing something. Can you be absolutely sure that any limiting beliefs are correct? Very often they are not.
- We only offer you things that you can try yourself, in order to prove the veracity, so long as you do all necessary steps.
- Being able to contact the feeling system and quieten the mind are vital to major progress. If at first that does not seem easy, do not be deterred. It gets better with practice and once you improve, there is no going back!
- Don’t expect it to be like other courses or workshops. There is no formal structure or syllabus although we will cover the essentials as we go. This is not a mind exercise so much as a gradual realisation of the truth that we feel.
- It’s up to you how far you want to examine your feelings, although I encourage you to be aware of what you are really feeling. The basis of what we do is finding ways to feel better in ourselves, knowing that this has a synergy on our life’s progress.
- You’re still welcome to come even if you are not used to being aware of your feelings although you should realise that this may reduce the possibility of tangible progress.
